Role description and task arrangements
ATS Functional Administrator
This assignment involves temporarily filling a vacancy until a permanent Functional Administrator is hired and begins work. Currently, one candidate is in the hiring process; if the process is successfully completed, the expected start date is January 2027. If the vacancy has not yet been permanently filled by that time, an extension of the assignment may be necessary to ensure the continuity of operations.Does your expertise lie at the intersection of HRM and IT, and do you want to make a real impact by providing optimal support for our recruitment processes? You will be working within ’s Heeren Loo’s Digital Chain. Here, approximately 120 professionals from various fields (Healthcare, Operations, and Infrastructure) work together in Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs). Together, we make tomorrow’s possibilities a reality in healthcare.
You’ll be working in the MDT Recruitment and Selection team, which focuses on recruiting and onboarding new employees for ’s Heeren Loo. There is an informal and pleasant work atmosphere where you’ll have a great deal of freedom to carry out your work in the MDT both independently and as part of a team. Our work has a significant impact on more than 14,000 clients, their families, and 17,000 colleagues.
What will you do?
As a Recruitment Functional Administrator, you’ll help redesign our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), called Ubeeo. For various reasons, the current setup no longer meets the organization’s requirements. We’ve therefore recently conducted a comprehensive analysis of our recruitment processes and now want to configure Ubeeo accordingly so that it optimally supports our process. In addition, you’ll help implement a screening application called Otentica. You’ll also be involved in managing both systems.
Our work follows short cycles; we discuss goals and plan them out, and close collaboration is crucial. At the same time, you’ll enjoy the freedom to organize your work independently.
This is you
You’ll be a good fit for us if you have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking and solid experience with recruitment processes and setting them up in Ubeeo. You also have several years of work experience as a functional administrator or consultant and thrive in a dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate proven experience with recruitment processes.
In addition:
- Do you have a good understanding of the recruitment processes involved in a large healthcare organization such as ’s Heeren Loo?;
- Do you have strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of a change across the entire chain of processes and applications?;
- Do you enjoy tackling complex problems?;
- You are customer-focused; you understand and prioritize user needs;
- Are you curious and do you think in terms of possibilities? You explore and implement innovative solutions;
- you recognize different information and user needs and tailor your approach accordingly;
- You quickly identify problems and know how to solve them effectively;
