(Operational) HR Advisor – Make an impact from day one!

We are looking for a (Junior/Mid-Level) HR Advisor for 's Heeren Loo who thrives on supporting both people and organizations. In this role, you will be working on the front lines and will directly contribute to a pleasant and professional work environment.

What will you be doing?
As a (Junior) HR Advisor, you’ll be fully involved in day-to-day HR operations. You’ll support the regional HR advisor and serve as a key point of contact for both management and employees. No two days are the same: you’ll effortlessly switch between providing advice, offering guidance, and handling practical tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising managers and employees on HR issues, such as labor laws and internal policies (collective bargaining agreements).
  • Implementing the return-to-work policy in close collaboration with the absenteeism specialist.
  • Helping new colleagues get settled so they feel at home quickly.
  • Conducting exit interviews and gathering valuable insights.
  • Providing support for a wide range of situations within the organization.
