Role description and task arrangements

Interim HR Business Partner - 24 hours
Strategic advisor to management teams across multiple divisions within a complex organization

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner for 's Heeren Loo who can navigate a large, complex environment (5,000+ employees) with ease. You think strategically for the long term, ask incisive questions, and translate organizational goals and developments into a future-proof HR agenda. At the same time, you understand that real impact happens on the ground. That’s why you thrive on getting your hands dirty: on the one hand as a service-oriented advisor, and on the other to experience firsthand what it takes to formulate and achieve long-term goals. You switch effortlessly between departments at different stages of development and have a keen sense of what teams and executives need from you at any given moment.

The Assignment
In this role, you will link organizational goals to HR strategy, with the aim of ensuring that the people component is structurally integrated into decision-making and implementation. You will explicitly look beyond HR alone. You have a business-oriented perspective, understand how processes, structure, and culture converge, and know where to intervene to create clarity, awareness, and momentum. During this assignment, you will spend time setting up and advising on the HR structure at the group level, which has an organization-wide impact.

You are someone who:
  • Keeps the management on their toes and isn't afraid to challenge them
  • Driving change without positioning yourself as “the change manager”
  • Works across departments, such as the Academy, HR, and M&C. Is able to think in a process-oriented way and build connections
  • Provides clarity and coherence in a complex environment

 You bring:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience in large, complex organizations (approximately 5,000+ employees)
  • Confidence: You are an equal partner in discussions with senior management
  • HR experience, but with a clear focus on business administration
  • Experience with HR data tools, such as Power BI, and creating pivot tables
  • Ability to see the big picture across processes and departments
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of the PDCA cycle or agile methodologies (training or certification is a plus)
  • Experience in change management

You are:
  • Critical, incisive, and independent
  • Someone who promotes and connects
  • Able to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Focused on impact, not theory
  • Strong analytical skills

Practical
  • Hours: 24 hours per week
  • The application deadline is Monday, May 11, at 5:00 p.m.
  • The meetings are tentatively scheduled for May 15
  • To ensure you can perform your duties effectively, you will be required to work on-site in Amersfoort for approximately two days a week.
  • The project duration is approximately 6 months
