Role description and task arrangements

Project Manager, M&O Department, Dialysis 24–32 hours per week (temporary assignment through March 2027)

The professional supports the Unit Head on various projects and has the flexibility to organize their work independently. The assignment includes multiple project-based tasks, including several related to (long-term) absenteeism. You will work closely with the current Unit Head and makean important contribution to both the further development of the team and the continuity of the department.

The Assignment
The dialysis department is currently facing several challenging tasks. Employee satisfaction requires focused attention, and temporary additional capacity is also needed in the areas of absenteeism support and complex personnel issues. That is why we are seeking an independent interim professional who will support the current unit head and, where necessary, temporarily take on the operational management of the department.

The assignment will run from as soon as possible through March 2027 and will average 24 to 32 hours per week, depending on the workload.

Responsibilities
As interim unit head, your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing opportunities for improvement regarding employee satisfaction.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of a concrete improvement plan.
  • Guiding and supporting complex M&O/HR cases.
  • Providing operational leadership for the department when the situation calls for it.
  • To create space for the current unit head to focus more on day-to-day management and the further development of her new role.
  • Perform specific duties in the absence of the department head
