Role description and task arrangements

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager a.i. with the following assignment:
  • Achieve the goals of the Kitchen Improvement Plan.
  • Temporarily manage the team leader and operations coordinators of the kitchen team with the goal of strengthening and broadening the skills of the leadership and the team.
  • Responsible for creating a positive work environment by paying more attention to people, work processes and steering on agreements made. This both on content and behavior.
  • Provide support to the TL and OCs so that they develop to be able to manage the team independently, and within their own range of duties human and results-oriented.
  • Encourage collaboration, ownership and professional development for all employees within team Kitchen.
  • Address and support employees and managers on both content and attitude and behavior within team Kitchen.
  • Leading the Kitchen Improvement Team
  • Ensuring that the current management team is actively included in all (process) changes, and equipping them with the skills and insights needed to permanently secure the improvements that have been initiated including through steering.
  • Create a learning environment in which managers and employees are given the space to master new skills, be allowed to make mistakes and develop step by step.
  • Ensure alignment of Vision Nutrition frameworks with the Nutrition Cluster Manager and ensure handover after implementation to Nutrition Cluster Manager.
The assignment will last 4-6 months and will be completed by transferring the duties and responsibilities back to the Manager of the Nutrition Cluster.
