Role description and task arrangements

This is what you will do As Program Secretary for Organizational Development, you will play a central role in supporting the transformation team. You will keep processes moving, monitor agreements and ensure that decision making is careful and timely.

Your duties include:

- Monitor results and implement action items.

- Function as a liaison within the program team.

- Support multiple portfolios within the program.

- Coordinate and monitor decision-making and accountability processes.

- Ensure follow-up, implementation and evaluation of decisions made.

- Respond to substantive issues and develop them.

 

This is where you will work The UMC Utrecht is developing rapidly. In order to be prepared for the future, the hospital is implementing a large-scale organizational change. The new organizational design, based on a matrix structure, will be further developed and implemented in the coming years.

Within the transformation team you will work together with driven colleagues on structural improvements in education, research, care and support. You will be part of a professional and close-knit program office, where collaboration and an open atmosphere are key.
