As Logistics Team Leader, you will manage the Central Warehouse team within the Facility Department of UMC Utrecht. Together with this team, you are responsible for the availability of materials throughout the hospital. Within the Central Warehouse we receive and sort deliveries, store them and ship them to locations of the UMC Utrecht. As team leader you manage the employees of the team.

Your duties:

• You are responsible for day-to-day management, division of work and make adhoc adjustments in this as circumstances demand.
• You will ensure that your team carries out the storage and processing of goods according to agreed procedures and safety requirements.
• You will conduct discussions with colleagues and supervise day startups and align processes across the supply chain.
• Together with the Supply Chain Support Team Leader, you will manage the external Central Warehouse and co-contact the landlord of the building on maintenance and repairs.
