Zuid-Holland Bereikbaar (ZHB) is a unique partnership of 8 public organizations, including the state, province of Zuid-Holland, municipalities, Port Authority and ProRail. Together, we are working to improve accessibility and quality of life in South Holland. Our organization is growing, developing and innovating - and we need your HR talent to do so.  

We are looking for an HR consultant who enjoys helping build a complex and moving organization. Someone who is not afraid to step into the unknown, who gets energy from providing structure, setting up processes and just getting things done.  

 

This is what you will do 

As HR Advisor, you are the strategic sparring partner of management. You translate policy into practice, identify opportunities for improvement and supervise processes that help the organization and its people move forward. You switch easily between advice, implementation and development - and move smoothly in a dynamic environment.  

  • You will supervise recruitment and selection processes in cooperation with the Purchasing Department.  

  • You will advise on personnel issues such as capacity management and organizational development.  

  • You optimize HR processes and make them clear and applicable (e.g. work instructions).  

  • You will actively contribute to projects in the areas of sustainable employability and organizational development, among others.  

  • You create support and work closely with colleagues within Operations.  

  

What do you bring?  

  • A completed college education (preferably HRM or Business Administration).  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR consulting role.  

  • Knowledge of employment law, HR policies and relevant systems (such as AFAS and Office 365).  

  • A proactive attitude, keen eye, good pen and strong communication skills.  

  • You are sensitive, shift gears easily and are results-oriented.
