Job Description: PM / Scrum Master
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure projects progress within set parameters, schedule, budget, and goals.
- Manage project resources, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Facilitate ART events and processes, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
- Escalate and remove impediments, manage risks, and help ensure value delivery.
- Foster collaboration between teams and system-level stakeholders.
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- General Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively.
- Specific Skills:
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team.
- Experience in leading Agile Release Trains and facilitating ART events.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
