Learning & Development Specialist

This is your daily Action
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you play a crucial role in developing and optimizing both online and offline training programs for our retail organization. You manage each program as a project, utilizing your conceptual understanding to guide it from development to implementation. In your role, you maintain close contact with internal stakeholders, assess their needs, and translate these into effective training solutions.

You will work on various projects such as onboarding, functional training, and train-the-trainer programs. Collaborating closely with our suppliers, you ensure the content of the necessary programs is developed to a high standard. Key internal stakeholders you will work with include the Store Operations department and district managers. Your ability to bring structure and communicate effectively is essential for the successful implementation of these training programs.

You also have
  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development within a retail environment
  • Experience in independently managing Learning & Development programs
  • Experience with project management
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
