In the Netherlands, Airbus has multiple production and office sites, with a combined workforce of over 250 full-time equivalents (FTEs). Although the majority of these employees focus on delivering hardware to the space industry (e.g., satellite solar arrays and launcher structures), Airbus Netherlands operates as a cross-divisional entity and helps strengthen the connection between Dutch companies and the various Airbus divisions.


Assignment Summary

Airbus Netherlands is looking for a temporary Junior Accountant for Invoice Processingto support the Accounts Payable team. This is a hands-on administrative role focused on receiving and processing invoices. No specific technical skills or prior experience are required—you will learn the job on the job.

The role requires someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work from the office in the Leiden area during the initial phase.


Candidate Requirements

  • Motivation is essential for this assignment
  • Able to work accurately and follow simple procedures
  • Comfortable learning tasks on the job
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Must be located in the Netherlands
  • Must live within a 30-minute drive of Leiden, or be willing to work from the Leiden area
  • Available to be on site during the first period
  • Open to working half-day shifts
