In The Netherlands, Airbus has multiple production and office sites, with over 250 FTE of staff combined. Although the majority of these employees focus on delivery of hardware to the space industry (e.g. satellite solar arrays and launcher structures), Airbus Netherlands operates as a cross-divisional entity and supports to strengthen the connection between Dutch players and the various Airbus divisions.Assignment Summary
Airbus Netherlands is looking for a temporary Junior Accountant for Booking Invoices to support the Accounts Payable team. This is a hands‑on administrative assignment focused on receiving and processing invoices. No specific technical skills or prior experience are required — the work will be learned on the job.
The role requires someone who is motivated, accurate, and able to work from the office in the Leiden area during the initial phase.
Candidate Requirements
- Motivation is essential for this assignment
- Able to work accurately and follow simple procedures
- Comfortable learning tasks on the job
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Must be located in the Netherlands
- Must live within 30 minutes of Leiden, or be willing to work from the Leiden area
- Available to be on site during the first period
- Open to working half‑day shifts
