Business Context: Alliander Warmte / Firan Warmte Service Bedrijf is currently implementing its customer care strategy. The level of ambition is high because we want to force a breakthrough in customer experience. The reputation of established heating companies is poor, and we want to change this sentiment by consistently doing things better and differently. The playing field has changed significantly with the introduction of the Collective Heating Act. It's now or never to get the heating transition off the ground, and the ball is in our court! Heat Service Company and local heating companies: The Heat Service Company was founded to support local collective heating companies that are currently being set up with a complete service portfolio, including development and implementation, but also operation, invoicing, and customer care. This allows local heating companies to focus on local development while still benefiting from economies of scale, knowledge, and expertise, with a view to affordability for the end user, which is crucial.

Further development of the supported Product Vision for the Customer Engagement platform. Managing the successful implementation of the customer engagement platform by the implementation partner. Ensuring that the interfaces with adjacent systems and teams are also realized under the direction of the architecture team. Designing and prioritizing the payload of the business releases, which always deliver a well-tested, coherent set of functionalities for Service Venue employees. This is done in alignment with the other teams and product owners via our collaboration methodology.
 

Core qualities demonstrable:
- Customer/End-user centric. B2C/customer care experience an advantage. Telecom, Utilities, Retail, B2C services.
- Resourcefulness: When faced with challenges/setbacks, think in terms of solutions and possibilities.
- Flexibility: Able to deal with a changing, complex, uncertain, and unclear context.
- Tech-savvy: We are a small management team, inevitably looking for people who can do everything. A PO must be technically skilled to a certain extent and know the ropes. The importance and complexity of integrations, good architecture, data, security, and compliance, etc.
- Team player: Able to work well with other teams and product owners. Even when things get tough. We all have the same goal, so how can we help each other and solve this together?
- Fun-loving: while we all get to do great things to help advance the energy transition, we also need to have a good time together! Extensive experience as a Product Owner in digital platform and/or SaaS development;
