PMO Lead (Senior Program PMO) – Fit4Future (Market Services)
Make decision-making simple, fast, and sharp in the midst of one of Alliander's largest business-driven change programs.
As PMO Lead (PMO++) within Fit4Future, you ensure that the right decisions are made in a timely manner and based on complete, unambiguous information. You direct the administrative rhythm, deliver steering group documents that can be used 1-on-1, and challenge content where necessary. You operate in a complex stakeholder field ranging from IT specialists to colleagues in operations and create support for choices that really matter in the energy transition.
Your impact in Fit4Future
Fit4Future renews and standardizes Alliander's IT foundation (ERP, Asset, Data, ISU, and IAM) to make processes future-proof, scalable, and more efficient. You ensure that Market Services can act in a business-driven and decisive manner.

What you bring
A day as PMO Lead
08:30 Start of the week with program manager/product manager: priorities, decisions that need to be made this week, data points that are still missing.
09:30 Coordination with workflow leads (ERP/S4, S4U, Data): status of milestones, dependencies, and risks; you refine the integrated plan.
11:00 You edit the steering group pre-read (KPIs, risks, options A/B/C, impact, and advice) and ensure that it is ready for one-on-one meetings.
1:00 p.m. Sessions with business owners and architecture to facilitate discussion on a proposed decision; you secure arguments and consequences.
3:00 p.m. You update RAID/benefits tracking, process actions, and distribute the administrative action list.
4:00 p.m. Brief check-in with communications/implementation to translate decisions into operational terms.
Why this is right for you
You appreciate clarity and momentum in complex changes. You combine administrative acumen with hands-on delivery, and you are energized by decision-making that is appropriate in terms of both content and timing.
