- You have an HBO working or thinking level.
- You have experience with area development and housing.
- You are a strong negotiator.
- You think in possibilities and solutions, of course with a good consideration of risks.
- We assume that you realize that you work in a political environment and act accordingly.
- You take the lead when the situation demands it and are able to bring people along.
