Project leader for misunderstood behavior

Are you a driven project leader with a passion for social issues in the field of people with misunderstood behavior? Do you have extensive experience in drawing up (project) plans and in complex collaborative issues? Do you know better than anyone how to connect different parties and enthuse them towards the same goal? Then this position is for you!

The Borne Municipality is looking for a:

Misunderstood Behavior Project Leader
 

What else will you do?

As a Project Leader of Misunderstood Behavior, you will be part of the Department of Living Together within team Policy. You will handle an important assignment: revising the plan of action for people with misunderstood behavior. The municipality of Borne has received a grant from ZonMw for the update of the 2019 plan, with this grant the municipality will be given the opportunity to work out a person-centered plan of approach together with all parties involved, which contributes to an inclusive and safe society; the starting point is that the updated plan of approach matches the wishes and needs of the target groups. The creation of the updated plan of approach and its implementation involves collaboration with various parties, such as the district health officer, to achieve an effective and efficient approach for and by people with misunderstood behaviors, focusing on cross-domain collaboration and providing integrated care and support. Also of importance is resident participation

Your duties include:

  • Putting together a project group;
  • Conducting an evaluation study of the old plan;
  • Further develop a new practical plan of action;
  • Delivered within a maximum of two years.
  • Approach and research target groups;
  • Self implement interventions from the plan of action as needed.

What do you bring?

  • You have demonstrable hbo work and thinking level and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with networking and project-based work;
  • Know, understand and respect feelings and perspectives of target groups;
  • Affinity for the social domain and complex behavioral issues;
  • Leadership; the ability to motivate and lead the project group;
  • Work experience within a similar project is a plus;
  • Collaboration is important to you. You are a team player who encourages connection;
  • You communicate clearly, enthusiastically, have great problem-solving skills and can bring people along with your vision; You are decisive and can work well independently;
  • In addition, do you bring a healthy dose of humor? Perfect!
