You are an important sparring partner for the managers and provide solicited and unsolicited advice on all kinds of common HR issues and processes at both tactical and operational levels. This includes recruitment and selection, formation issues, performance processes, sickness support, personnel casuistry and legal status issues. You are a visible source of information for management and employees. You immerse yourself in the challenges and ambitions by asking the right questions and seeing clearly what is going on. An important part of your job is finding the right people for vacancies. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about recruiting new colleagues, who can write good, appealing job ads and give advice on the best recruitment approach. Creativity is highly appreciated. Within the P&O team you will also work on health and safety related issues.
