Hiring assignment Quality Advisor Civil Affairs

Assignment Description
As a quality advisor, you implement actions from the self-assessment to increase compliance with laws and regulations. You are the person who understands which processes are not yet in order or need to be updated. This concerns processes carried out at the front office and complex processes where international private law plays a major role.
As a quality employee, you ensure that the processes are in order and you ensure that the processes are secured. You look at what the team and individual needs for this. This means that coaching is in your DNA. You are result-oriented and have the right skills to cooperate and communicate at different levels.

Specifically, the mission means the following
  • Implement the actions from the self-assessment
  • Understanding what processes are in place
  • Qualitative updating of processes within civic affairs
  • Securing the (complex) processes
  • Coach employees to properly implement processes.
Delivered product
  • A product handbook has been prepared
  • All processes are described/updated
  • Conduct workshops for civil affairs staff for the purpose of process & knowledge transfer
  • Training on the job
  • Developing reports with kpi's
Requirements:
The candidate will have an Mbo level 4 diploma, preferably a legal field.
The candidate will have at least 10 years of work experience with a municipality.
The candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience within a Civil Affairs department.
The candidate will not take vacation/leave during the assignment period (July to October 2025).

Wishes
The candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in drafting (complex) work processes and procedures.
The candidate will have experience working in the I-Citizen Affairs information system.
The candidate has a diploma for the module Basic Knowledge of Civil Affairs.
The candidate will have experience in coaching and mentoring employees to get quality right.
The candidate has the competencies listed below. This can be tested in a personal interview, preferably with examples (STAR methodology)

Duration of assignment
From the beginning of July through the end of October 2025. No vacation/leave during this period.

Introductory interview
The introductory interview will take place May 8 at 9:30 a.m. at Ommen Town Hall with Selma Anbergen, team leader of Civil Affairs.
