Role description and task arrangements
What are you going to do?
First phase: drawing up a plan for the further development of Access to the Social Domain
You are responsible for a proposal for the further development of the Access in the municipality of Twenterand. The Access is given shape locally, but also has a relationship with the regional Twente cooperation in the field of Youth Care.
You will work with internal and external partners to find an Access organization:
● that makes sense from a residents' perspective,
● which is based on an integral approach,
● and where solutions are worked towards in the field as much as possible.
The frameworks are described in a management assignment.
The results of this trajectory lead to a supported design proposal that forms the basis for the implementation. It is necessary to work together with residents and social organizations to arrive at a plan for a structural and efficient good cooperation and the safeguarding thereof.
In the design proposal to be drawn up:
● the focus on the resident is well placed
● it becomes clear what is necessary for structural and efficient good cooperation between all parties involved and its safeguarding
● a financial translation is included
● includes the manner in which agreements are recorded in contract award or subsidy relationships.
