As process manager of care and safety at the municipality of Twenterand, you are responsible for leading the process around casuistry involving care and safety. You chair local MDOs and determine who should be at the table. You are contact person for the administration (mayor and alderman) to inform them about care and safety issues. In case of social unrest, you are the contact person for the social domain and in some cases, e.g. together with the security department, you are the process director. You are the director who maintains the overview and ensures that the parties involved work together effectively in the interests of care and safety in the community.
