Green gas project supervisor
Job Profile
As a supervisor, you coordinate work on the construction site based on contractually agreed work and you coordinate on the interfaces of the different lots. You are in constant consultation with the stakeholders of your projects. Taking care of clear and correct communication towards both contractors and client is not a problem for you. To fulfill this role correctly we are looking for a supervisor with at least HBO working and thinking level preferably (not a must) with a civil engineering background and with extensive work experience as a supervisor. In addition, multidisciplinary and project-based work is part of the job. In other words, planning, coordinating, controlling and driving progress, directing, cooperating and working towards a result. In cooperation with the project team (partly temporary staff and partly Twence's own personnel) you will assist and coordinate activities in the design and realization phases.
As a supervisor you also need a strong personality to make this job a success. It goes without saying that you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are a team player and like to cooperate. You are convincing where necessary.
