Are you our new registrar at the municipality of Borger-Odoorn?

What will you do?
You will be responsible for managing both the physical and digital document flows within the organization, which means taking care of all incoming, internal and outgoing documents, whether they arrive by mail or email.
For incoming physical mail and e-mails, Team Div (Digital Information Services) first assesses the incoming documents, after which physical documents are scanned and e-mails are stored. The documents are then registered in the Employee Portal (Case System) or forwarded to the appropriate subject application for further processing.
For outgoing mail, if necessary, the documents are merged and then printed. The documents are then prepared for mailing, after which the task is completed by recording the mailing date. In this way, Div ensures that all document flows are efficient and orderly.


Tasks
  • Reviewing incoming physical mail and emails
  • Register the documents in the case system (or forward them to the appropriate subject application for further processing) 
  • Assign proper metadata to records.
  • Scanning incoming physical mail
  • Preparing outgoing mail for mailing
  • Is aware of processes and developments within the organization.
