Due to the departure of the current team leader, we are looking for an interim team leader to lead a large team (Budget Advice Bureau) together with a colleague. This team is responsible for the implementation of debt assistance and budget management and has tasks in prevention and early signaling.
In this position, you will primarily manage the debt assistance and budget management departments. We are looking for a colleague who can structure work processes and perform the daily HR tasks for these departments.
In addition, the work package for the coming period will focus on improvements in team-wide support processes such as financial administrative processes and contract management with cooperation partners.

Your work
As Team Leader, you directly manage part of the team, specifically the debt assistance and budget management departments. The employees are experts in the various focus areas within the team. The other part of the team is managed by a fellow team leader. You are responsible for achieving team goals and improving services to residents. For the coming period it is important that you, as team leader, steer result-oriented on standardization of work and ensure that the steering information on team results is adequate. Together with your colleague team leader and the Finance & Control team, you will achieve results in improving the team's financial administrative processes. Important point in your HR management is the development and guidance of employees to improve the services and administrative organization of the employee.
You ensure that the departments function optimally. You stimulate mutual cooperation and that with other teams and organizations. You direct the improvement of processes and ensure the correct implementation of laws and regulations.
In addition, you are responsible for providing structure to the team-wide support processes and agreements with contract partners. This includes, for example, cooperation agreements with housing associations or other municipalities.
You are energized to work on these changes together with staff and college team leader and want to go for concrete results.
