Role description and task arrangements

Here's what you're going to do

  • Advising two team leaders on personnel issues, team development and change processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities within both teams and proactively contribute to solutions.
  • Coach and intensively mentor team leaders who need additional support.
  • Advise on the creation and implementation of HR policies that are in line with the changing organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within HR and other departments to provide integrated solutions.

What do you bring

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor within a public organization, preferably a municipality.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team development and change processes
  • Strong communication skills and a coaching attitude.
  • Flexibility and resilience to work in an environment of high movement and uncertainty.

The team

You will work with the HRM team that supports managers in P-tasks and roles. The team consists of a mix of young talents and experienced professionals. 


Other information

  • A VOG with general screening profile is required and must be available within 28 days of start.
  • Indicate if a different screening profile applies or if the VOG must be available prior to commencement.
