Role description and task arrangements

Here's what you're going to do

  • Advising and providing operational support totwo team leaderson personnel issues, team development, and change processes.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities in both teams and proactively contributing to solutions.
  • Coach and intensively mentor team leaders who need additional support.
  • Advise on the creation and implementation of HR policies that are in line with the changing organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within HR and other departments to provide integrated solutions.

What do you bring
  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor within a public organization, preferably a municipality.
  • Demonstrable expertise in team development and change processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a coaching attitude.
  • Flexibility and resilience to work in an environment of high movement and uncertainty.

The team
You will work with the HRM team that supports managers in personnel tasks and roles. The team consists of a mix of young talents and experienced professionals.
