This is what you will do:

As Functional Administrator case-oriented working, together with 5 colleagues you perform the management for Dimpact eSuite (case system) , links with back office applications, Open Online (website) and other applications.

You are an important link between the system and the processes. Much of your time you proactively support users of the eSuite across the organization. You know how to answer questions and translate the questions into work processes and functional solutions.
You also work closely with colleagues to make the processes customer-friendly and functional.

In the coming years there will be many developments in the area of Common Ground and customer service. This has consequences for the design of case-oriented work.
You will also have a role to play in this, for example in the conversion of the current web forms to Open Forms.

The municipality is working on the integration of Microsoft 365. This also involves work that you will be involved in.

The team
The Computerization team works on the basis of the I-vision to achieve a strong integral position within the municipal context. The team consists of approximately 60 colleagues.
For the implementation of the I-vision we work together with team Automation.
Here the role of team computerization is of great importance. After all, a well-functioning technology is an important precondition for the adequate deployment of information services.
