Role description and task arrangements

Interim Process Manager (HR)
32 to 36 hours per week, 6 months, Enschede

Are you a process-oriented thinker with a keen eye for optimization? As interim process manager within our P&O department, you will map processes, advise on improvements and implement innovations. This assignment is specifically focused on optimizing P&O processes, implementing legislative changes and guiding digital transformations within a set time frame.

As an interim process manager...
  • Analyze and clearly map existing P&O processes and workflows, focusing on immediate improvement opportunities;
  • Advise on process and quality improvements to make our P&O processes more efficient and effective;
  • Implement established policies into processes and ensure correct implementation of legislative changes, such as collective bargaining agreement adjustments;
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes, critically evaluating existing practices and proposing innovative solutions;
  • Support you in the design and optimization of contract management processes, from market exploration and tendering to implementation and contract management, including the required DPIAs;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure support and cooperation during the course of the assignment;
  • Guide digital and innovative developments, such as the use of AI and P&O analytics, with a keen process approach.

Result areas:
During your assignment, the focus will be on delivering:
  • a clear overview of existing processes and concrete advice for improvement;
  • Implemented and optimized processes consistent with policy and legal requirements;
  • Initiated or completed digitization projects with measurable results.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean and proven success with process optimization.
