Role description and task arrangements

The BFR team leader

The Physical Space Management team
Works to ensure a clean, whole and safe living environment. Whether it's high-quality roads, safe traffic situations, well-maintained public green spaces, the swimming pool or indoor sports: your team takes care of it! As coaching and serving team leader Physical Space Management, you facilitate your employees in their tasks and personal development. The team has approximately 100 employees.

The team leader BFR:

  • Directly manages approximately 20 FTE of the Physical Space Management team, including the business managers of the Service Company and Indoor Sports Facilities;
  • the BFR team leader, along with the 4 other team leaders and the 3 board members, is a member of the management consultation.
  • Encourages working from "intention."
  • loves to encourage personal development of employees, is an important sparring partner for them and provides a culture of reflection;
  • contributes to the optimization of (internal and external) processes, "putting the basics in order," data-driven work and the realization of municipal tasks;
  • and, last but not least, together with the assignment directors, fellow team leaders and management, creates the conditions for assignment-oriented work.
 
 
Job Requirements:
- Experience in coaching and servant leadership;
- Knowledge of and experience with (some) of the team's mission areas;
- A completed college education.
