Are you ready to use your creative skills for one of the most visible employers in Amsterdam? As a contentcreator at GVB, you will show future GVB employees who GVB is and what we do: together we connect the world in Amsterdam.
 
Why this is your assignment:
  • The world of CFP is incredibly media-savvy. We don't really need to tell you that, because you already have 20 ideas.
  • Work with impact: your content makes a real difference. The people you reach and inspire will soon ensure that Amsterdam keeps moving!!!
This is what you will do
Your mission? To make the attractive employership of GVB visible through powerful storytelling. You visualize the story of our people and organization in an inspiring and innovative way. You know exactly which content appeals to which target groups, generates engagement and enthuses potential candidates. Whether it's a TikTok video about a day in the life of a streetcar driver, an Instagram Story about our technical vacancies or a blog interview with a colleague: you think up content and formats and bring stories to life, combining your own creation with the coordination of other content professionals (including but not limited to videographers).

What else are you going to do?
  • Managing and building our social media channels focused on job market communications.
  • Devise and execute creative concepts that align with our brand identity, audiences and campaigns.
  • Independently plan, create (or have created) and publish content (text, photos, videos, graphics).
  • Building a network within CFP: you effortlessly connect with colleagues from different teams to gather authentic stories and/or activate them and help create content.
  • Analyze the performance of your content and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Managing hired Content Creators, conveying the vision is important here
Expected results
  • Increased content diversity by developing relevant, catchy creative concepts and formats that fit specific audiences/campaigns
  • New content publications at least twice a week on relevant channels
  • Increase the number of followers and engagement on the works at social media channels
  • Periodically analyze content performance and adjust strategy for maximum reach and impact
  • Possibly still: Contribution to increasing number of leads
  • Possibly still: Expanding a network of innovative and appropriate content professionals
This you take with you:
You are a true creator, from conception to execution. You love storytelling, social media and immediately sense what makes a good story. You like to go at it yourself, as a raving reporter, because you just know how you want it and like to follow through. Trends? You know them like no other. You are independent, energetic and can convince others of your vision and ideas. And yes, you have a fluent pen and a sharp eye for images. You are good at planning and working with various people and have organizational sensitivity. In addition:
  • Do you have experience with social media management and content creation
  • Do you have knowledge of the latest techniques and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro or similar programs
  • Do you have an affinity for employer branding
  • Are you creative and innovative
  • Do you speak fluently "image, text and video
  • Do you preferably have a network of content professionals

Labor market communication is handled by the GVB Recruitment Center. Permanent and interim professionals work there to make GVB stand out as an attractive employer and to entice future GVB colleagues to choose a job at GVB. We mix pride, Amsterdam guts and a touch of humor to tell authentic stories, which are for the taking at GVB!
