Role description and task arrangements

    What are your duties?
    • You interact with residents and businesses about spatial plans.
    • You handle spatial initiatives and BOPAs  
    • You take care of cost recovery (Superior Agreement).
    • You use the intake & environment table and guide participation.
    • You are involved in the realization of public space, if it is part of a spatial plan.
    • You realize the project within the set criteria: money, quality, time and the appropriate legal and policy frameworks.
    • You will advise and report on project progress to leadership and the board.

    What do we ask?
    • You master the RO profession and have an affinity for process-oriented work.
    • You are the point of contact for the initiator, board and residents, someone who takes charge, collaborates with consultants and takes responsibility.
    • You are results-oriented, a planner, organizer and can reach solutions with others with a "yes, provided attitude."
    • You are a networker, representative, a team player, have good communication skills and are able to advise the board.
    • You manage for good service delivery, financially viable project and short lead times.
    • You are customer friendly and can handle conflict situations.
    • Our core values are: environmentally sensitive, responsible, service-oriented, collaborative and self-reflective.
    Fixed consultation moments
    Please note we have fixed consultation moments: Monday afternoon consultation moment with portfolio holder, Tuesday morning intake & environment table, Thursday consultation hour spatial initiatives (legs on the table conversation) work distribution and sometimes in the evening presentation / support portfolio holder in the city council.
