Role description and task arrangements

We are looking for an all-round P consultant to support the P&O cluster in daily and project work as soon as possible due to peak workload. This will involve regular tasks and support in ongoing and newly started projects.

Globally it can be said that the P-advisor:
- Is the point of contact for all P&O employees within ODH;
- Is the interlocutor for management on personnel and organizational issues;
- Handles (complex) personnel files and, in consultation with management and legal counsel, takes care of any decision-making;
- Advises in the areas of personnel planning, assessment, remuneration, training/development, recruitment and selection;
- Brings new regulations and agreements to the attention of management and advises on implementation;
- Advises in the areas of process management, quality assurance, risk management and organizational development;
- Participates in projects and, when requested, provides project planning, recording, monitoring and control of the project.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Teams, Word and Excel are a requirement. Preferably candidate has (extensive) knowledge of our personnel system AFAS Profit and Insite.
