What will you do?
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to work with the employee journey and recruitment! You know the latest trends and developments and can ensure that our on- and offboarding programs are top notch. In addition, you will teach our recruiter the tricks of the recruitment trade.

Important tasks

  • You will ensure an innovative program for the successful integration of new employees as well as the proper departure of an employee where they leave as an ambassador of the OFGV.
  • Coordinate with various disciplines within the organization including HRM, communications and the quality manager;
  • Supervise the employee recruitment and selection.

Who are you?

You have:
  • Preferably a completed relevant education at college or university level;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRM position;
  • Has experience in HRM process optimization and project management;
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and the employee journey;
  • Is analytical and thinks in terms of solutions;
  • Communication skills and can switch between different levels within the organization.
