As an Expertise Lead, you are responsible for employees within one or more areas of expertise. You will focus on bringing in, retaining and assessing employees.
This is what you will do
- You will work with recruitment to ensure the inflow of the right employees
- You will develop appropriate training programs for employee development and related expertise. You will do this in conjunction with our Lean Agile Center of Excellence and HR
- You are also responsible for the assessment, compensation and promotion of employees
- You will provide capacity and strategic workforce planning within your area of expertise.
- You supervise absenteeism and take action when dysfunction occurs
- You will coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer, Release Train Engineers and the other Expertise Leads on cross-expertise topics
- With departments involved, you get and bring knowledge in the relevant expertise. With this you guide and encourage the Chapterleads/Communities of Practices Leads

- 10-15 years of relevant work experience in similar People management/ coaching position
- Knowledge of lean/agile principles and experience with Safe/Lean and Agile/Scrum working methods.
- Experience with different coaching styles
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Experience leading a large group of people on the HR side (50+) (requirement
- Experience with energy sector (preferred)
- Experience with IT sector (preferred)
- Experience with capacity planning (preferred)
