Role description and task arrangements
For the Slim Warmtenet Zandweerd project we are looking for a specialist installation technology consultant who can independently carry out work related to the assignment below and advise and support the project management of SWZ.
The client hires the contractor for the duration of this agreement for his expertise in the field of advising in the development and operation of Slim Warmtenet Zandweerd.
As a specialist installation engineering consultant, you will perform the following duties:
During the building team phase, you will test all technical installation designs and calculations, both on request and on your own initiative. You will also be asked to help look at, test and advise on the proposed maintenance plan that will be delivered for the benefit of a long-term maintenance contract. You will report your findings to the contract manager.
Management and maintenance of installations requires specific knowledge; in some buildings we already have modern (gas) installations and facilities.
Activities consist mainly of reviewing design documents. For this you have extensive knowledge to assess reports, drawings and advice in the field of electrical installations and sustainability.
You are a good sparring partner and have affinity and knowledge of current sustainability solutions for technical installations.

- You have at least a college education in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or similar
- You have 5 - 10 years of work experience As a technical installations consultant
- You have good and current knowledge of all standards required and available for installation engineering;
- You are familiar with legal regulations regarding gas and electrical installations in both existing and new construction environments
- You have knowledge and experience with large pump systems, knowledge of heat pump systems is preferred.
- You have demonstrable knowledge and recent experience with sustainability projects in the installation field, preferably heat networks;
- You are communicative, analytically strong in process and content
