Duration of assignment: 1 year
Hours: 36 hours (32 or 40 is also possible)
Location: Duiven/Arnhem, occasionally other locations (contractors). Working from home part-time is also possible.
Maximum rate (including MSP fee): €105

As a business consultant, you will be working in the Strategic Resource Management/Contracting division. Together with your team, you will ensure short- and long-term continuity in the execution of our work. You will also contribute to creating 'more work' so that we can achieve our joint Alliander objectives. This is a 36-hour position based in Arnhem/Duiven.


Work:
  • Execute and implement the VMK annual plan for 2026 and ensure an active safety culture at level 4 of the safety ladder.
  • Providing insight into contractors' performance in terms of safety and quality, and how we can continuously and actively manage this performance.
  • Integrate VMK framework into our processes and implement it in tender documents and contract management plans. Uniformly embed safety and quality in contracts.
  • Making safety and quality an integral part of our daily activities, with clear roles (RASCI), accountability, and continuous awareness. Creating clarity about who does what in the event of incidents.
  • Coordinate how we embed the accreditation model (third-party instructions) in existing and new contracts in collaboration with contract managers.
  • Implementing the health and safety process in our work processes.

Wishes/Requirements
  • A completed higher professional education degree in Engineering, Safety, or Purchasing Management
  • Experience in the field of safety/quality within the construction industry.
  • 3 years of experience in the network management industry or in the construction sector.
  • Experience with safety and quality management, BEI/VIAG, contractor agreements, contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills. You are adept at distinguishing between main and secondary issues in conversations with users and stakeholders. 
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective interaction with various target groups (tactically and strategically).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proactive and ownership.
