objective Connecting strategy and execution by coordinating one or more epics for a data product through the (portfolio) kanban: from idea to realization and implementation. This requires someone who acts as a linchpin, drives an Epic through the entire process, and can quantify the quality of the Epic using analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Epic, from initiation to execution and possible implementation, as well as defining the Epic so that it can be prioritized and realized by the necessary ARTs and business teams. This also includes recording the Epic. • Involves the right people/expertise to define and develop the Epic, so that it does not slow down the progress of the Epic. • Together with the Data Product Manager, assess which aspects can be newly developed or reapplied. • Together with the Data Product Manager, ensure that the product meets the customer's needs and contributes to making its success measurable. • First point of contact and driving force for POs and ARTs during preparation and throughout the PI. • Monitors the progress of the epic and the realization of the intended value. Proactively reports and informs stakeholders about this. • Performs data analyses to test activities, substantiate business cases, draw up business rules, and prioritize activities

Collaboration

• Actively collaborates with a data product manager, ARTs, communication staff, and consultants to develop and prioritize the Epic. • Seeks internal and external collaboration with various disciplines. • Maintains the stakeholder network and manages expectations.



Skills

• Experience with Agile systems (e.g., SAFe) and the production process. • Strong stakeholder manager with a network within Alliander and the sector. • Able to think and act beyond ART. • Has a commissioning role towards POs and ARTs. • Business analytical skills (affinity with data) • Able to make independent decisions and assess when coordination is needed. • Project management skills
