As an electrical engineering operations specialist at Alliander, you have the important responsibility of monitoring and supervising planned work on our electricity grid. You oversee the electricity grid schedules and give final approval for the planned work. On the day of the work, you carry out the final checks in accordance with the procedure and give instructions for switching operations. You play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our grid and contribute to preventing and resolving malfunctions. You will also play a role in the digitization and automation of processes. We are creating the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as an Electrical Engineering Control Expert, you will be part of this. Your tasks will include:
As an Electrical Engineering Control Expert at Alliander, you will be responsible for a number of important tasks, including:
Creating and checking operating plans: You are able to create and check operating plans for planned work on the electricity grid.
Performing checks for planned work: You can perform accurate checks to ensure that planned work on the grid is carried out safely and reliably.
Contributing to the digitization and automation of processes to improve efficiency and ensure safety.
Issuing commands for switching operations: You have experience in issuing commands for switching operations in the electricity grid, in compliance with the applicable procedures and safety regulations.

Several years of experience (5+ years) with the electricity grid, for example as a technician or work planner at an installation company. Experience with a grid operator is, of course, a definite plus.

A salary of up to €5,717 gross per month (scale 8).
an annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% vacation allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also buy extra days off, for example. You choose what suits you.
24.5 vacation days per year, liberally supplementable from your IKB.
a December year-end bonus of 6% of your annual salary
a pension plan with ABP, specifically for government and education. We pay 70% of your pension contribution.
an NS Business Card, so you can travel sustainably. Are you coming with your own transport? Then you will receive a mileage allowance.
Every year, you will receive a DI budget of €500 for your sustainable employability (€700 from 2026 onwards).
