As a Dynamics consultant at EDSN, you'll work at the heart of the energy transition! We are growing fast and developing online services and channels for the entire industry. In doing so, we strive for a sublime customer experience. You will work in a young, dynamic and challenging environment where you can use your qualities to the fullest. You play a crucial role in the development of business-critical functionalities.

You will be working in team KBS, this team aims to continuously improve the customer experience of the network operators' business customers. This includes increasingly intensive cooperation between the network operators in areas such as communication, branding and the execution of customer processes. This also includes creating a single digital entry point to all grid operators.

Together with enthusiastic colleagues from various disciplines, you will work on the development and management of Partnersinenergie.nl and related applications and services. The team consists of representatives from the grid operators and DevOps team members from EDSN. We work together informally and without hierarchy.You will participate in building and managing Dynamics 365 and associated third party apps, such as Power Automate, Customer Voice and Power BI.

• You have a demonstrable / explainable Agile mindset
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, preferably with a focus on building, developing and maintaining functionalities
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, supplemented by relevant certifications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop requirements into design
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Automate, Customer Service, Omnichannel

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of the energy or utility sector.
• Experience with SAFe.
