As a Scrum Master at EDSN, you will energize the Netherlands by guiding Agile teams toward ownership and impact
At EDSN, you will guide Agile teams that are building the digital infrastructure of the Dutch energy market. You will help teams grow in self-organization, agility, and results-oriented working. In this way, you will contribute directly to a future-proof, sustainable energy supply.

How you work as an energetic Scrum Master
Your contribution as a Scrum Master is crucial to the development of innovative IT solutions that will enable the energy market of tomorrow. You implement and monitor the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within our Agile Release Trains (ARTs), remove obstacles, and encourage continuous improvement. You coach teams in Agile and Lean principles and contribute to the development of the EDSN Way of Working. In this way, you will help teams grow in agility, ownership, and results-oriented working.

You will be working with the IPA and Stark teams, which are responsible for: the Identification Platform and Authorization Facility. A consent platform where energy consumers can give permission to share their data. And the national energy dashboard (ned.nl)

This is what you bring

• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• At least 5 years of work experience as a scrum master 
• At least 8 years of work experience in a DevOps environment
• Demonstrable experience with the implementation of SAFe within large-scale Agile organizations
• Demonstrated experience working within SAFe scaled Agile organizations
• Relevant certifications in the field of Scrum Agile, PSM II certified
• A PSM III certification is a plus
• Experience within the energy sector, preferably with at least one of the network operators
