As a policy officer, you will work for the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug on the housing challenge within the municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug.

- Performance agreements with WoonzorgNederland and Habion, focusing on the allocation of housing for the elderly in care complexes.
- Training new council on housing regulations
- Answering questions from residents and colleagues
- Representing the municipality in consultations within the U10 on housing policy.
What can you do?
- At least a relevant and completed higher professional education degree
- Relevant knowledge and experience of/with the Housing Act, Housing Allocation, Housing and Care, and Housing for Priority Groups
- You have at least 7 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years in the field of living within a municipal institution.
- Knowledge and experience in the role of housing advisor
- Experience in making performance agreements
- Experience with consultations within the U10
- Connecting and positive
- Enterprising and bold
- Can move quickly, prioritize and work with deadlines
- Collaboration comes naturally to you both internally and externally
- Sense of official, political and administrative relationships;
- Communication skills
- Works and thinks integrally;
- Proactive and environmentally aware
