Central Holland Environmental ServiceClosing date
Due to additional demand for assignments on the topic of data & monitoring within sustainability, we are temporarily looking for a sustainability consultant with specialization in data & monitoring.
Municipalities in the Central Holland Region are working hard on sustainability in various policy areas: The Regional Energy Strategy (RES), making the built environment more sustainable, mobility, stimulating biodiversity and climate adaptation, and so on. And that's where your knowledge of data & monitoring comes in handy. You know how to think up front about the role of data within policy choices, and the role of monitoring in measuring the effect of these choices. You know what is going on within the local government in the field of sustainability and how you can apply available data to enable municipalities to make objectively substantiated choices.
Examples include performing data analyses, contributing ideas for a CRM system, setting up monitoring for the RES, starting analyses for the heat programs, developing area passports or further developing our monitoring dashboard in ArcGIS for our municipalities. The monitoring demand is broad and therefore varied.
