Role description and task arrangements

Role: Technical Responsible Active Directory / AD Architect
DetaVast application. (1 year Deta)

At least 1 year of commitment is required, as working in this particular environment already takes six months!

Location: Den Helder
During onboarding: for 1 month (depending on how quickly you get settled in) 3-4 days per week on site.
How often you need to be on location for that is not yet known to us.
On other days, you can also work from home.

Standby service: Not applicable.
Start date: after screening (approx. 2 months)
End date: min. 1 year with option for multiple years extension
Purchase rate: € 120
Deployment: 36-40 hours per week

Work belonging to focus area access card PKI and contactless applications.
The data centers section is part of a customer department. The primary objective of the department is to operate the customer's infrastructure and to provide ICT Services for it, in such a way that the customer's wishes and requirements can be effectively met and that these are fulfilled as efficiently as possible.

The position has the following tasks:
1. Draws up the technical design and maintenance frameworks for the building block if necessary in cooperation with other building blocks and suppliers.
2. Advises, supports and reports on the technical aspects of the building block
3. Prepares technical impact analyses
4. If necessary, develops building blocks and/or components based on generic or specific design within ICT architectures and infrastructures
5. Coaches the Senior Designer(s)
6. Coordinates the work of the (Senior) designers within the Production Clusters.
7. Directs (technical) changes within the Production Clusters.


Must haves:
At the competency level:
Using specific knowledge to define relevant ICT Technology and specifications that can be used in the construction of multiple IT projects, applications or infrastructure improvements.

Training:
Candidate has a completed college or university education

Knowledge:
 
Candidate has demonstrable knowledge of security and compliance, to apply security practices and compliance requirements to the on premise cloud, with respect to network segmentation, acl's and mitigating vulnerabilities in the virtual infrastructure, among others. 
Candidate has at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a designer or IT architect 3
Candidate has at least 1 year of demonstrable work experience as a consultant/manager
Candidate has at least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the Security domain.

Nice to haves:
Candidate preferably has knowledge of SIEM, Microsoft architecture (specifically Active Directory), Linux, networking, network links and cloud techniques such as containerization and kubernetes as well as concepts such as DevOps and CI/CD
Candidate can preferably contribute to improve automated infrastructure management.
